The warranty covers product damage resulting from component defects that occurred directly on the production line.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, loose cable glands, any tampering, or modifications to the fixture. In other words, it excludes any external interference that affects the product features specified in the manufacturer’s warranty.
The warranty will be voided in cases such as:
– not adhering to the installation instructions.
– using the fixtures for purposes they are not intended for,
– tampering with or modifying the product,
– failing to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions,
– experiencing a power surge or discharge on the network without following recommendations or using appropriate protections,
The fixture should be cleaned of any dirt, packed, and secured in a way that prevents damage during transport.
If it is a warranty claim, our company will cover the shipping costs. However, if it is a repair process, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
