    The administrator of your data is Tomasz Matkowski, conducting business under the name “Technical and Trade Office Technolight Tomasz Matkowski” (“Technolight”). The personal data provided by you will be processed by Technolight for purposes related to receiving and reviewing your complaint and, if necessary, fulfilling any related requests under Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”). The personal data will be processed for the duration of the complaint handling process, as well as in accordance with the periods specified by law, including until any potential claims expire. The processing of personal data does not involve automated decision-making or profiling. You have the right to request from the data administrator access to your data, its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, or to object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.     Fill out the complaint form available above. Please have your purchase details and photos of the damages ready beforehand, as these will significantly speed up the process. After submitting the form, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss the next steps.

    The warranty covers product damage resulting from component defects that occurred directly on the production line.

    The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, loose cable glands, any tampering, or modifications to the fixture. In other words, it excludes any external interference that affects the product features specified in the manufacturer’s warranty.

    The warranty will be voided in cases such as:
    – not adhering to the installation instructions.
    – using the fixtures for purposes they are not intended for,
    – tampering with or modifying the product,
    – failing to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions,
    – experiencing a power surge or discharge on the network without following recommendations or using appropriate protections,

    The fixture should be cleaned of any dirt, packed, and secured in a way that prevents damage during transport.

    If it is a warranty claim, our company will cover the shipping costs. However, if it is a repair process, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
